Online Weighing Conveyor

Titec Automation Solutions implemented program an online weighing conveyor system for dry corn handling. The system enables continuous measurement of material weight during the conveying process using a Flintec load-cell-based weighing system. An XINJE XD Series PLC controls the conveyor and weighing process, while the XINJE TouchWin HMI provides real-time monitoring and operator control. The system improves weighing accuracy, process monitoring, and operational efficiency.
